How do I check the shipping status of my order?

You can log into your account on and view the status of your order(s).

What if I want to cancel my order?

You would be able to do so by logging into your account and checking for the status of your order. If it is still Pending, send us an email at quoting your order number and we will cancel it and refund your money to you. If the status has progressed to Processed, you will not be able to cancel it.

What if I want to return my order after I have received it?

You will be able to do so according to our returns and refunds policy. You should notify us of the reason of return within 3 days of delivery of your order. Please view of Returns and Refunds policy for further information on this.

How do I buy products on

Is it safe to enter my credit card details on

We only use DHL Express for shipping all orders to your doorstep. Your order is insured under our partnership with them. DHL has the highest reliability and is known to be the global leader and logistics provider.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

In the unlikely instance that your order is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund on your order. We insure all shipments to your doorstep so in an undesirable event we would be at the very least able to refund your money.
