- The Company’s return and refund policy is formulated according to the fact that it source products from outside of Pakistan and no refund/exchange/replacement/adjustment is possible.
- The Company relies upon and provides the Customer(s) the descriptions and details of Products which is provided to it by the manufacturer(s)/vendor(s).
- The Company does not offer refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
The following items are not returnable:
Non-Returnable / No Exchange Items1. Any product that says "This product is not eligible for returns" in the product description
2. Items of Apparel
4. DVDs, CDs, Video Games, and Software
5. Products missing the serial number or UPC
Order Cancellation Policy
- The Customer will be able to cancel orders placed from the Orders section if the status is still Pending. If the status has progressed to "Processed", the Customer is not entitled to cancel the order.
The Company will provide 100% refund to the Customer(s) within Two (02) working days in a situation where the manufacturer(s)/vendor(s) are not able to fulfill orders.
Returns and Refunds
The Company will (subject to policy, terms & conditions, warranties stated herein) accept return of Product(s) excluding those expressly barred for one of several reasons. The Customer is required to deliver / send Product(s) to be returned at Company’s following address:

- The Company will not refund/reimburse any shipping/courier charges or taxes in case of it undertakes to return / refund the Product(s).
The Company will not entertain any Return requests which are not reported within (03) days of delivery of such Product(s) subject to terms and conditions mentioned hereinabove.
Please review the table below for reasons and time frames allowed:
- Damaged in transit – Immediate return to courier of the Product(s) on arrival and if damaged, return immediately and report it at email: email@example.com. The Company will refund the price the price only within Two (02) working days. .
- Faulty or Malfunctioning Products – Contact the Company’s Customer Support by calling in or sending an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and describing the problem. The Company will assess the problem which should not be customer induced (e.g. product malfunction due to plugging in a 110v electronic appliance into a 220v socket). The Company will then confirm validity of Product(s) so returned and thereafter refund the price within Seven (07) working days as per its policy.
- Wrong Order – Items delivered were different than items ordered. Email to: email@example.com and describe the discrepancy within 3 days of delivery.
- After approval of refund request, the Company will default credit Customer’s web account with the specific amount / price. If the Customer wishes the refund to be credited to credit card or bank account, the same shall be done within Seven (07) working days.
